The Need for Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Programs
The Three Chapters
Program Structure & Approach
Chapter 1
28 Days of Integrated Day Treatment
This initial phase involves a day treatment model that combines various evidence-based therapies (including group therapy, family therapy, and holistic treatments) within the greater work of individualized treatment planning. Each participant will enjoy quarters that include WiFi, semi-private kitchens, and other amenities with no more than four total people to a room. Individuals will receive support for co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as receive extensive life skills training. Medication management will be available for those who require it.
Chapter 2
6-8 Weeks of Intensive Clinical and Community Care
Transitioning into more of an intensive outpatient program (IOP) style treatment, this phase focuses on community integration. Individuals at this stage will live in a designated sober living facility. This stage may include group and individual therapy, peer support, and life skills development. This is all to help set up the person for sustained long-term recovery.
Chapter 3
Ongoing Services for Long-Term Recovery
The final chapter of this program is focused around setting up the person for long-term success in a life outside of formal addiction treatment. Individuals may live in sober living options or at home, and alumni support will be available long-term to provide insight and advice. This stage emphasizes relapse prevention and aftercare planning, with access to resources to sustain lifelong recovery.
Clinical Philosophy and Evidence-Based Practices
The program employs a range of different treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Individualized treatment plans are crucial, integrating mental health and addiction treatment services to address each participant’s unique needs.
Who We Treat
The Chapters Program is designed for adults, both men and women, aged 18 and over. It primarily focuses on treating substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery in Pennsylvania.
Levels of Care Offered at Blueprints in Pennsylvania
Residential Treatment
This level of care provides a structured environment, offering intensive support and supervision to facilitate recovery. This allows individuals to focus fully on their recovery without the distractions or triggers of everyday life. This level of care is especially beneficial for those with severe addictions or co-occurring mental health disorders, providing round-the-clock support and supervision.
Outpatient Treatment
This level of care provides a structured environment, offering intensive support and supervision to facilitate recovery. This allows individuals to continue with work, school, or family responsibilities while still receiving treatment. Outpatient programs are often used as a step-down from inpatient treatment or as a primary treatment option for those with less severe addictions. Our program provides ongoing support and structure, helping individuals maintain progress in recovery while integrating back into their daily routines.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) are designed for individuals who require a high level of care but do not need 24-hour supervision. It offers a structured schedule but more flexibility than an inpatient program at a treatment center. It can act as a helpful structure for people looking to move to a less intense treatment plan, but may still need health support. This program allows individuals to continue with work, school, or family responsibilities while still receiving high-quality addiction treatment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOPs provide flexibility, allowing participants to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving treatment. They provide ongoing support and structure, helping individuals maintain progress in their recovery while integrating back into their daily routines. Our intensive outpatient programs can operate as a step-down phase from inpatient care or primary treatment for those with less severe addictions.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT plays a crucial role in recovery, offering medication support to manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings, enhancing the overall process. This can provide valuable infrastructure to people during medically supervised detox and the beginning phases of treatment. Experiencing less severe withdrawal symptoms can lead to a lower rate of relapse.
